100 Club Rules

1    For a cost of £4 per month (i.e. per draw), you will be allocated one number between one and 100.

2    A draw for three prizes will be made every month.

3    This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 12.5% and two 2nd prize of 6.25% of monthly income for 10 out of 12 months. The prizes for May and December will be higher with a 1st prize of 50% and two 2nd prizes of 25% of monthly income.

4    The prizes will total 37.5% of the overall annual 100 Club income.

5    The 100 club is a Small Society Lottery and is open to anyone aged 16 or over.

6    Payments must be made by standing order (preferably annually) or annual cheque. One month's notice is required for cancellation.

7    Member's numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.

8    If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.

9    The draw shall be made on the second Wednesday of each month at choir practice for all attending choristers to witness.

10  The winnings will either be paid by bank transfer or, if no bank details have been provided, a cheque will be posted to the address on your membership application within one week of the draw.

11  The name and numbers for each month's winners will be posted on the choir Facebook page and website.

12  The 100 club will be run by the Dursley Male Voice Choir. In case of any dispute the decision of the choir committee is final.

13  Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.

14  If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into choir funds after six months.
