Welcome to Dursley Male Voice Choir
Dursley is a market town situated about halfway between Gloucester and Bristol on the South West edge of the picturesque Cotswolds. In the Middle Ages it was a centre for cloth making and more recently the local firm R A Lister became known throughout the world for its industrial engines.
The Dursley Male Voice Choir was founded by a group of enthusiastic singers in 1978 and has since grown to be one of the principal male choirs of the region with up to 70 singers drawn from all over the area (see History). As well as local concerts the choir has performed at many venues around the UK, and internationally while on tour. Why not visit us? You are assured of a warm, friendly welcome and you may well decide to become a member of the choir. To hear us just listen to our music or come to one of our concerts.
